Orders placed will be delivered Same day for orders placed before 2pm. Next day for orders placed post cut off.

Orders placed on any Qatar public holiday / Weekend will be deemed placed on the first Qatar working day following the date on which the Order was submitted.

For full-priced items, Hollister products can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the purchasing date. Sale items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date. You can contact our call center at +974 4418 6805 to cancel or partially cancel an order. Your order can be cancelled any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a refund to the payment method in the country of purchase and in the original payment mode.
